There is an adage “Early to bed and early to rise” which is a catchy quote that elucidates about the health regime and the mental stability for sound health and healthy activities. The work of stress and anxiety has to be substituted at high level of pressure with fitness and steadiness by the members of all age groups, especially the youngsters and the older people. In order to regain high expectation and a competitive environment, a source of jubilation and regeneration is necessary to be physically and mentally alert and attentive. If we are expected to furnish and devise as per the various methods of learning, the medium of square box puzzle would do lesser in terms of efficiency, as the other difficult shapes would be inseparable to unwind, without special focus, the learning will lag. The moment we focus on extra labour, it may result in depression and aggression and from this the outcome will be rise in B.P. and diabetes etc. The gentle walk is necessary, backed by decent posture of exercises to keep check on irregular and indefinable aches and pain in physical form. There are exercises which need to be avoided to balance the level of B.P and diabetes, which has more effect on health and to resist it by current posture and slow breathing.

The morning exercise and rounds around the park provides freshness and exuberance to continue with the activities of the day in positive environment. The thinking for working towards perfect health and rated achievement is a sensible path and makes a person to act on the conscious and awareness related activities. While doing so believe in contentment of work and results also, as we have to concentrate on the project or process as per the trained hand’s and tamed mind’s direction of purpose. Early start draws realistic affinity and late night has imaginative impulses, so it is all for the person to think and decide which way to choose or try a middle path which would have both realism or imagination or none of the two. Gopal Mishra, a transporter, says “to have less worries and remain joyful invest in early morning activity.” Another early riser Chaman Lal has something to say “go for exercise and walk so that the fresh air cleans the lungs and stomach”.

Highly equivalent work of the staff and deepening impact of the collaborators compels for a health based programme. So check the lazy and laggard path and overcome it by healthy living. The exercise and meditation are meant to give thrust on application of work with balance of mind. This enhances the ability to be calm and service oriented, as these qualities are meant to provide fulfillment and thanksgiving virtues which are extremely necessary to behave as a good and great human being.

It is goodness which drives humans for greatness, great will be known by the qualities they possess and move ahead in deeds, if goodness is maintained. The tranquility inside prepares for a day with peace and higher learning, the moment we drop from the higher plains, it is difficult to have the system in order. The more we learn about the way to keep the flock together, the better it is for the early morning risers to have their opinion that the positive health and life moments are maintained at all costs so that the day’s proceedings remain smooth as far as possible.
