As the winter chill turns harsh with each passing day, Pyare foundation seen spreading warmth among the less privileged people of the  Leprosy colony Tahirpur, East Delhi by carrying on blanket distribution drive. The objective of the drive was to provide a shield to the less privileged from the winter. The drive organised at the Leprosy colony of Tahirpur, East Delhi area in Delhi where around 50 blankets were distributed by the foundation to the people living in the colony. The president of the organisation, Dr.  Anjali Thapliyal Kaul said that various social welfare activities are being carried out throughout the year and blanket distribution is the most sought. The purpose of distributing blankets to the needy spreads the message of sympathy, love, and sacrifices to the society. The Delhi-based social organisation has been helping the poor survive the cold through their blanket distribution program in the past as well. On behalf of Mr. Vikas Sharma of Meerut, U.P., the organisation planned to organise this drive on 19 December 2019.
