Terms and Conditions
- This internship is for two months starting from 24th July, 2020
- You are required to complete every task that are assigned to you during the internship to be eligible for certificate
- Your roles may include variety of responsibilities like social media promotion, coordinate between doctor and patients, making a case report, creating daily health tips etc.
- This internship will be unpaid, that means you will not be provided any stipend during and after internship, however you will get an internship certificate after completion of your internship.
- If found conveying any kind of wrong information or misleading any patient will be considered as elimination from the internship and a strict action will also be taken by the organisation.
- Sharing any personal information related to patient or doctor to any firm/ company or Entity will be considered as illegal and at the same time the internship will be terminated.
- You need to keep all the information confidential, and need not to be shared with anyone except the group coordinators or organisation’s higher officials.
- You need to stay in touch with the patient and doctor for regular follow up.
- In case you leave the internship in the middle or before your tenure, you need to inform the respective group coordinator or any higher official and convey the same and follow the further procedures.
- This is a pilot project for two months and we firstly promote this project and after getting entries/ queries, we will come to the tele part of this project in which you will do the follow up and coordination process.
- You need to maintain all the data for all the work you do in a word file and detail of patients in an excel file.
- You cannot use the name of the organisation anywhere without having permission from the internship coordinator or higher officials.

Program Features
- Anyone can register for free to get doctor’s consultation either on phone or video conferencing.
- Free prescription from experienced doctors
- Patient can ask any query related to Allopathy, Ayurveda, Gynaecology, Clinical Psychology, Homeopathy, Naturopathy etc.
- Doctors can also register if they want to give free service to patients in the pandemic.
- Patient assistance over phone by representatives of Pyare Foundation.
Your Responsibilities
- First we all have to promote this project to the majority of people through various media channels in order to make people know about this.
- A word of mouth is also a great way of sharing information. You may also share information with your friends and relatives.
- When we have enough reach and visibility among people, we can expect entries from people and at this position some entries might have come.
- Now, when we receive enough number of entries, we will start working on number of cases from patients.
- Coordination: You have to contact patient and doctor to establish an appointment from doctor and fix timings. At the same time, you have to inform the patient about this.
- If somehow, patient misses his/ her appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and the process will start from the beginning.
- You have to prepare a proper report for each case of patient and provide it to the organisation.
- You are bound to keep patient information confidential and you have to provide his/ her information to the foundation when asked.
