Positive thinking is an emotional and mental attitude. It helps with stress management and improves health.

HOW TO PRACTICE POSITIVE THOUGHTS:

GRATITUDE:

Gratitude reduces the stress, increasing optimism, and changes the brain. Gratitude gives better sleep. It lowers inflammations, reduce fatigue and strengthen the relationship. Gratitude gives satisfaction of life. Gratitude disconnects from toxic and negative emotions.

SMILING:

Smiling is more powerful. It releases the endorphins which helps the people to feel happier and more positive. Smiling improves the mood and increases the positive thoughts. Smiling increase the immune cell and infection fighting antibodies which improves resistance to illness. It activates and relieves the stress response. Laughing increases the overall sense of well being.

SLEEP:

Sleep has higher effect on overall mood .It improve cognitive and motor function. It increases the overall health and lowers anxiety .Getting good night sleep can make the person happier.

SPEND TIME OUTSIDE:

Someone can increase the positive thinking by just getting outside and soaking up with vitamin D. increasing vitamin D can help with depression. Spending time outside improves the outlook on life, increase the mental focus and lowers depression.

DISCONNECT FROM TECHNOLOGY:

Social media can allow feeling like loneliness, depression. Always connecting with technology gives strain to the brain, eyes, and arms and all over the body. Disconnecting from technology help to reduce the stress and calms the brain. Disconnecting from technology leads to spending more time with people which will helps to distract from negative thoughts and improves the positive thinking.
